I've been out at a scout camp helping my partner with aquatics - haven't been outdoor like this in a long time. I'm exhausted, but it's been a fun experience. I'm also really thankful to be sharing something that my partner is really passionate about.

The chapter officially wrapped up today. I felt it when it happened. I felt a weight lift off of me, and this evening was the first evening in weeks that I felt safe and certain. Tomorrow morning, the next one starts. The most exciting one yet.

My brain isn't playing nice with me in the evenings. Every evening between 4-7 I don't know what happens, if my mood stabilizer runs out or if my anti depressant goes dry, but I just feel lost and sad. I hate this feeling.
