I really wish someone would come up with a way to make milk and milk products safe. Some sort of process that would kill things like bacteria, maybe like cooking? With heat? Idk, just tired of the illnesses and recalls.

I am far too invested in this Ace Combat Lore Video. This is the song that will play when I start talking about the Ulysses impact and the activation of Stonehenge. "July 3rd, 1999. Ulysses Day..."

A cat poster in the style of a 1930s soviet propaganda poster. The poster is black and white except for a large, red flag held up by a black cat. It reads "Many Furs - One Working Class." Below the black cat, in a row looking forward, are four other cats of various types and fur colours with arms forward and claws out in an aggressive stance. Behind them is a statue of two cats holding up a star. The text below the image reads "United against capitalist domination and fascist barbarity we can make a world belonging to all." Small print at bottom reads "Third Socialist Cat Congress" and "United Upright Cats International (UUCI)". Nathan Nun 2019

Kevin Warsh came out of the 2008 finacial crisis saying: "I will kill everyone, including myself, if you raise inflation. The only thing that gives me an erection is beating inflation down with my fists." Yet Trump believed him when he said he was going to lower interest rates.

I propose 1 get-out-of-work-free day each month. You can only use it once per month, but the only required explanation is "not today, satan". How do I get this to the board?

My wife @camdi42.bsky.social has a Classics degree and she once got into an argument in college about Catullus's reference to his "Sparrow" being a reference to his dick. When she told me about it at the time she mentioned Martial had made an illusion about his "Dove" being better. So I looked it up

Played Siege of Orison in #StarCitizen. A lot of the bugs that were bad in PTU are fixed but got to end boss and a lag spike desynched the whole instance and everything stopped spawning. So play for 3 hours and have the last 10 minutes break...genuinely wouldn't recommend people try it like this.

I found Tim Curry as a kid in the Disney Three Musketeers Movie. He instantly became my favorite hammy villain & since loved seeing him pop up in other workds. Extremely sad to hear of his passing, but god damn will he be remembered for how amazing and actor he was. Rest in space legend.

I watched Rocky Horror Picture Show at too young an age, been obsessed ever since, not to mention all of Tim Curry's other films. It also makes me sad that he won't be able to respond wittily to reports of his death as he did in the past. Death? May I call you Brendan? Please aim a little lower.

Noblesse oblige is one of those ideas that I hold to heart myself. I came from a family of well off parents who themselves grew up lower middle class. The idea that we help those with what we have was drilled into me as a kid & I will never let that go.
