Here's a fun #TheHobby update. In (one of) the Collectable cases, the lawyers for the defendants Philip Neuman/Collectable/CS Asset Manager are asking the court for permission to "withdraw as counsel" from those defendants.

Interesting but slightly confusing filing in Texas (simply because of a lack of deets). Action is entitled P12 Consulting v. Heritage Auctions, and is an action to enforce an arbitration decision by P12 against Heritage. 2026 TRULY IS THE YEAR OF THE ARBITRATION.

TCG peeps - I’ve heard of cards getting banned prior to tournament play…but how normal is a list like this? It’s for Rush of Ikorr, which I believe has had (only) three sets released. If this is A LOT then I think we can now point to one thing Rush does better than Lorcana!
