I’ll be reading from my debut short story collection, PRACTICE FOR BECOMING A GHOST, this evening! If you’re near UND, you can catch me live in room 406 of UND’s Chester Fritz Library. I’ll also be live streaming from Instagram (@patrick_t_henry over there). It gets started at 8:00 ET / 7:00 CT!

I haven’t been on here much because my day job is 5 jobs in a trench coat, so please forgive this blatant self-plug! But I found out a little bit ago that my debut short story collection was longlisted for The Story Prize. Just breathless and stunned and joyed and don’t know what to say!
