And if I may, I'd like to offer you a quick rule of thumb/general understanding of how Tourette's/Coprolalia operates in the brain. It's definitely more nuanced than this but generally speaking it goes like this.

Generally speaking, the reason any horrible phrase tends to seem conveniently timed for any particular person/group/event isnt because the person is emotionally invested in what they're about to say, it's because there is already fear of an outburst in general and the anxiety that comes with that fear makes the person think of whatever it is that they definitely DON'T want to say. Unfortunately the worst thing they can think of comes out. It's kind of like a weird version of the old "Don't think about elephants". I wasn't thinking about elephants until you told me not to think about them. It all just happens subconsciously which turns it into a can of worms. I don't blame people for finding it confusing and frustrating, but I always appreciate when people try to understand. I just wish it didnt have to happen under such awful circumstances where theres still a very racist and hateful world to contend with at the same time. If you read this, thank you. I wish you peace and love in these dark and scary times.

Empire of Illusion is amazing. I believe it is necessary for every American alive today. Though it was released in 2009 it does a terrific job of explaining why America is the way it is, predicted our current political climate, and helps anyone looking for a way to make things change for the better.
