Looks like we're *checks notes* 24 days away from the official con start, meaning 23 days before Welcome Home Wednesday, which means 22 days before the hubster and I head out. Shit! I am not ready!!! 50ish days until con, TIME TO PANIC!!! (Or like the Guide says in big friendly letters, DON'T PANIC). This, of course, means time to get serious, if you haven't already. As of this writing, attendance is being capped, and very limited day passes (especially Saturday) are going to be sold - day passes typically go live Aug 1. Remember, all passes must be purchased online.

I finally gave the website a redesign. I think I've had the old one up since 2017ish (maybe earlier), which is kind of wild when you think about how much the internet has changed since then. The old layout did its job, but it started to feel clunky and harder to navigate as I added more content over the years.

I keep falling off the planet, it seems - I know my posts tend to revolve around DragonCon, but I am actively working on something for 2026. I'm learning a lot of new skills, too. Soldering, working with lighting/fiber optics, rigging up mini smoke machines, resin casting, you name it. Also, in my defense, work has been stressful and super busy as of late.
