I'm trying to tire out Little Man cause he was biting stepdad's toes, and he has sensitive feet because of a skin condition. I ALWAYS make sure to immediately stop play when the kitties attack my feet, (see how I yanked my leg away) so the older ones know but Little Man is still learning.

It’s always an uphill climb for animated originals, and even moreso ones kneecapped by poor advertising. PLEASE go out and support this gem and help give it the legs to run! Great word of mouth works better than you think!

MHA x YGtB crossover AU where Yakuza Boss All Might wants to teach rough-around-the-edges Katsuki some responsibility so he entrusts him with the care of his most precious person, his adoptive son Izuku. All the ages are Canon, which makes this (and All Might's threats) like 100x funnier.

Look how prim and proper little man is while he's snoozing. His tucked front paws. His little crossed legs. So cute. So smol. So precious.

Ugh I was dumb and agreed to work closing shift tonight even though I open tomorrow and I'm already emotionally raw from the packing I've been doing. I very, very desperately miss having permission to be submissive and stop making decisions.

Very.... very.... slowly.... packing up my bedroom non-essentials today. It's extremely emotional, theres a lot of stuff that was my partner's that I never really went through or decided what to do with. I'm accumulating a LOT of things that I'm probably going to mail to her sister.

Gotta either rematch or reread mha soon to iron out some details for a big fic im working on. Very messy. Very angst. Gotta decide a lot of major character interactions/plot points soon. Good dad Hisashi or bad dad Hisashi? Everyone lives/major redemption or maximum angst? Decisions, decisions...

The number of mha zines that seem to be falling apart - especially during the production and/or shipping phases - because of one or two bad actors and mod teams just losing interest and bailing mid project is SO disheartening as a contributor and makes me wary of participating in any more 😞

Time for another autumn #recipe! This one is for Pumpkin Scones (I have been told these might be too dry to be considered scones - keep in mind these are US scones, not UK scones) and I've included both the US measurements and metric for everyone else!

Pumpkin Scones

Servings 8
Prep time 30-60 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

270 g all purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
2 ½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp ground cloves
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
114 g butter, frozen and grated
113 g pumpkin puree
1 egg
100 ml heavy cream
95 g brown sugar
½ tbsp vanilla extract

For the glaze
57 g butter, melted
2 tbsp heavy cream
60 ml maple syrup
240 g powdered sugar

Directions

Mix your dry ingredients together with a whisk or your hands
Incorporate your butter - make sure it's VERY cold (you should freeze it for at least 30 minutes before grating it). Use your fingers and gently work the butter into the dry ingredients until everything is crumbly.
Add your wet ingredients and fold them in until everything is evenly mixed. It should form a dough!
Chill - wrap your dough tightly in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 190 C
Shape - once the dough is chilled, on a lightly floured, clean surface, roll your dough out, but not too thin. You want about an inch to an inch and a half in thickness. Try to roll it as evenly as you can.
Cut your dough into 8 even triangles - like a pizza!
Bake for 15 minutes
Cool for 15-20 minutes
Glaze - drizzle your maple glaze over the tops and enjoy!

It's time for the #morningroutine! Today had a bonus task of rushing to take out all the trash because my stepdad said he was gonna do it last night and forgot.

On a white table sits:

A laptop open to YouTube
A white bowl full of breakfast hash
A crystal ball Halloween cup full of water and fruit juice ice
An orange autumn mug of coffee
A phone stand holding a lit pumpkin shaped candle

Little man has learned a new trick! When he wants to get up with me while im at my desk, he meows for attention, then when I put my hand down like a step, he climbs onto my palm for an elevator ride! He's gonna grow out of that but eventually ill teach him to stand/ jump up to my chest like Niffty

Good morning everyone! Working on my #morningroutine today, I've been trying to add a new aspect whenever I successfully check off each task, every day, for a week. Thats been going pretty well for me so far 😌

On a white table, a journal sits open on a weekly spread page with a dutch door, and a pink and purple journal is closed next to it. Behind them are a green mug of coffee and a phone stand with a lit pumpkin shaped candle on top.

Ditched the laptop for my #morningroutine today so I could finally finish the linework on my Cycle 9 divider page.

On a white table sits two open notebooks overlapping one another, an orange mug of coffee that says "blessed" in white calligraphy, and a black phone stand with a lit pumpkin shaped candle on top.

A page in a journal featuring a lilypad and lotus illustration cut as a "dutch door" with a water pattern on the page behind it.

Treated myself to a couple new goodies for my #morningroutine! My other candles ran out yesterday so I got this fun pumpkin shaped one, and a new autumn mug!

On a white table, in the back is a laptop displaying a blue screen (not THE blue screen, just an ad). In front from lefttto right is an orangr mug with white lleaves and pumpkins, a white bowl full of banana pudding, a black journal with gold solar designs, a black pen, and a black phone stand with a lit pumpkin-shaped candle on top.
