Super Mario 64: I consider this to be one of the best games of all time, and I still remember where I was sitting and how I felt when I beat Bowser 3 for the first time.
RollerCoaster Tycoon: A source of bonding with my brother. We played Arid Heights only, because there was no monetary limit, and made parks so big they'd crash the save file.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2: Another five-star game, and my socialization aid as a high schooler. I made a lot of friends on Xbox Live playing this past my curfew.
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2: If not for my paralyzing risk aversion, I was on the path of the Skate Rat Teenage Dirtbag thanks to this game.
League of Legends: This game defined my college years, for better or worse. I still play from time to time, but between 2014 and 2017, I was on every night.
Mario Kart Wii: My first taste of online multiplayer, and the defining game of my middle school "Mom won't let me have an Xbox" time in my life.
Portal 2: Another five star game and one of those perfect "I wish I could play it for the first time again" games.
Guitar Hero III: A source of bonding with my cousins, who had this and Rock Band for the Wii. We spent hours plunking through Medium difficulty. I'm still not very good with the orange notes.
Fallout New Vegas: Yet another five-star game that just gets better with age as modders keep the dust off and give it the polish it always deserved.
