Vandaag naar Overijsel geweest. Op de heenweg korte stop gemaakt op Schokland. Tig keer langsgereden en steeds gedacht: “daar moet ik eens gaan kijken”. Vandaag dus. Visited Schokland today. Drove past it a gazillion times and always wanted to see it. Today I did. #Schokland #Noordoostpolder

Today two adult boars came around. They brought along their offspring. At first cautiously looking at me, after a while it was all cool and they grazed their way through the area surrounding the house I was staying at. No feeding, just watching. It made my day! #wildlife #boars #outdoors #nature

2/2 Today it appeared that a certain competitor complained that their medicine was not mentioned. Their medicine is not the same as the ones mentioned in the news. Bit still they thought it was unfair and asked the watchdog to take action. Shameful!

1/2 This morning a Dutch newspaper (NRC) published an article about a Dutch watchdog that is supposedly protecting customers from illegal advertisements from medical companies. In this case it was about medication to loose weight. They claimed the information was in favor of certain medications.

Het wás al een dubieus besluit van de inspectie, feitelijke artikelen over afslankmiddelen als reclame aan te merken. Maar nu blijkt dat de klacht uit de hoek van de concurrent kwam, staan ze helemaal voor joker. Hebben zich voor het karretje laten spannen van iemand die zich wél onethisch gedraagt.

A couple of days ago, a parent cat started to visit this place. Of course some food was put in a little bowl. The cat remained a bit shy, but ate the food. Today it decided this place is safe enough to bring the kittens 😄. Of course they all got fed. #cats #kittens

Went to the World Press Photo exhibition at Nieuwe Kerk, Amsterdam. Very impressive. Some pictures were very uncomfortable, others hope giving and funny. At the same place there was also an exhibit called Queer Amsterdam.
