Came home from a trip to find my wife had bought us a new dog. We named him Sonny, after my favourite footy player. Going to train him as a therapy dog to help with my disability sports coaching. And then I had the joy of looking after my amazing granddaughter 💜

Had a bit of a scare lately. Blurred vision, shaky hands, forgetting names, spelling words and even maths. Thought I was getting early Alzheimers. Turns out its all the opiates I’ve been taking following back surgey. I should soon be back to normal (normal for me anyway). #Bipolar

🍊🤡 claims vandals slashed the reflecting pool (which he stated was too "strong and powerful" to be cut. Alleged proof shows the lining is simply deteriorating. Look at the area I circled - it's simply disintegrating all over. And the "guy bending over" is just a child splashing water (no knife).
