☀️ The full sun at Yarrabilba #parkrun today necessitated the use of a sprinkler to keep the parkrun people cool! 🥵 📸 It also made for a beautiful crystalline veil to spice up the photos a bit! 💥 🏷️ #photography #health #wellbeing #TheFeelGoodMovement #summer #parkrunday #loveparkrun

🤩 The unbridled joy of running down the hill to the finish at Tamborine Mountain parkrun 🌄 🌳 It’s known for being quite a tough course, but you get a lot of great emotions for the camera 📸 🏷️ #health #wellbeing #parkrun #parkrunau #TheFeelGoodMovent #parkrunday #halfwaytoparkrunday

🏃‍♀️First female crossing the finish at Tamborine Mountain parkrun last weekend 🌳 😍 It really was a wonderfull looking course, however you can see from the woman’s face here that it’s a tough one too! Lots of technical turns and undulations. #health #wellbeing #parkrun #running #TheFeelGoodMovement

🌳 First time up to Tamborine Mountain parkrun! 🌄 🤔 Autofocus just wasn’t playing ball today but still got some decent photos I think 🤞 🤩 Can’t wait to run this one as it’s a genuine X-country course, which I love! #parkrun #photography #TheFeelGoodMovement #parkrunAustralia #parkrunday

🎄Happy belated #parkrunmas to everyone! Didn’t actually get out myself unfortunately because I don’t go well in big crowds, but will be back in the new year! 🎉🎉🎉 I spent my time just drinking and eating a bit too much. My metabolism is ridiculous though, so not much has changed in my appearance.

🌃 There’s been so many photos taken of the #GoldCoast #city #skyline at #night, so just take this as my 2 cents 📸 🙏 Thankfully the parents got the top floor of the Meriton apartments for our #Christmas get together, which afforded me this opportunity ⭐️ #photography #Australia #Queensland

🎉 Huge turnout at Queen Elizabeth #parkrun, Casino! That’s relatively speaking 🤣 69 completed the #5km, and which is a lot more than the town of 10,000 or less usually sees 👏 ❗️However, because it starts with “Q”, there’s a very steady flow of tourists in addition to the 30-50 regulars. #wellbeing
