iracing when some dipshit 13 year olds fuck up a special event: here is a big public statement about exactly how we're punishing them iracing when someone gets banned for calling out homophobia: we do not discuss protest results publicly

Thank you for expressing your concerns.

The issues raised have been reviewed extensively, and any violations identified involving the drivers in question have been addressed appropriately. The suggestion that iRacing does nothing about intentional wrecking is simply not accurate. Intentional wrecking and other violations of the Sporting Code are investigated and addressed when the available evidence establishes a violation.

We also take allegations of discriminatory, xenophobic, or otherwise hateful conduct seriously. iRacing does not permit this type of behavior, and violations of our rules are addressed when they are established.

However, we do not discuss another member's account, protest history, or disciplinary action with third parties. This includes explaining why a particular member was suspended or providing details about the evidence or circumstances involved in an individual case. Those matters are between iRacing and the member involved.

For the same reason, we are not going to provide a public statement detailing the circumstances of Yuri's suspension. The fact that we do not publicly discuss an individual enforcement action should not be interpreted as meaning that no action was taken, there was.

We understand that some members would prefer public explanations regarding individual cases, but iRacing's responsibility is to enforce the rules and protect the integrity of the service and its membership, not to publicly disclose private account matters.

The community is welcome to raise concerns about the rules or their enforcement, but the absence of publicly disclosed disciplinary details should not be taken as evidence that a violation was ignored.
