It grates that the bar for political consensus has to be a lot higher to Rejoin than it was for leaving (aided & abetted by our FPTP system), but the EU will want to see this before even entertaining the idea.
Rejoiners should take AB's speech as a win but dial down the Rejoin giddiness.
