Karma - Hibiscus
Not only do I think the colour scheme and overall beachy/relaxed vibes of this flower suit Karma really well, but I also think he would see a sunset hibiscus and think it was literally the coolest and most beautiful flower he'd ever seen

Hestor - Lavender
I think he especially loves the smell of lavender. He loves taking long baths with scented oils etc, and so lavender is his favourite.

Constantine - Delphinium
Constantine actually collects pretty flowers and presses them into a book (it's an old paladin handbook he picked up years ago that he doesn't read anymore). Delphiniums have always been his favourite; they used to grow in his hometown, and blue is his favourite colour.

Bellamy - Bleeding Hearts
Despite Bellamy's namesake (their surname is Rozenkrantz and their family use rose motifs a lot), they've never particularly fit in with the rest of their family - hence why they ran away to join the circus without much of a second thought. Bleeding hearts feel like an appropriately whimsical flower for them; playful but also with a slightly macabre edge...and Bellamy quite likes pink!

Vanya (1/2): She was actually raised in the same cult as Constantine; she’s about 1 year older than him. Their people worshipped a god called Llazurios, a serpentine deity who lived among them. They would routinely sacrifice followers to Llazurios, under the belief it would grant them spiritual immortality. However, when Constantine was the next offering, he panicked and ended up killing the creature - revealing it to be a mere wyvern and not a god at all. In the chaos, Llazurios thrashed about and spewed flames across the crowd of cultists. Many were crushed, or like Vanya, burned. Both of her arms were engulfed in flames, and she sprinted to the river to extinguish them. Unfortunately, she passed out from the pain and drifted far downstream.
When she finally awoke, she was on a sheep farm, taken in and cared for by a tiefling farmer. He had no awareness of the cult she came from; he was a surly man who, despite his obvious kindness in saving her, was stern and unaffectionate. Vanya offered to repay him by working on the farm, and he accepted this. Even when Vanya was finally better, with no home to return to, she ended up staying on the farm until she figured out what to do with herself.
Her relationship with the farmer was rather complex - she never saw him as a father-figure or guardian, and they would often butt heads about things. Despite this, the farmer never asked Vanya to leave. He also taught her a lot about tieflings, since her cult had shared woefully little about their race’s origins or culture. He even taught her how to speak infernal, though she wasn’t sure when she’d ever use it. At 22, Vanya had had enough of her reclusive life on the farm. Her and the farmer had been bickering more than ever, and she was desperate to see more of the world. She wanted to be an adventurer, a lifestyle that the farmer dismissed as a ‘fantasy’ that only serves to get young people killed.

Vanya (2/2): Ignoring the farmer’s opinion, Vanya set off one day without so much as a goodbye; she headed for the nearest city to find a job. On a guild board, she found a request from two noble brothers, Faolan and Darcy. Both were spoiled rich kids, but still friendly and kind, if not a bit naive to the world. They’d been urged by their father to go on a quest to ‘build character’ but knew that between them both, they were lacking some muscle - which is where Vanya was a great fit. They planned to go through the Underdark and find a missing artefact, said to be hidden away in a night hag’s lair. Overhearing their quest, a half-elf bard named Leonidis also asked if he could accompany them, since he had a bit of experience with hags and found them to be interesting creatures. Seeing no reason to deny a friendly hand, the four set off on their journey.
Skipping past their perils and triumphs, the four bonded over time, but once they slayed the hag and recovered the missing treasure, Leonidis stabbed the group in the back. He waited until they were near enough to the Underdark exit, and then swiped the artefact and awoke a beholder to aid his escape. It was too much for Faolan, Darcy and Vanya to handle. Faolan lost an eye, and Darcy was petrified protecting his wounded brother. Somehow, Vanya was able to land a critical blow to the monster, and they barely fled with their lives. With their family’s wealth, they could afford to cure Darcy’s condition, but he was left with a chronic illness known as stone lung. Both brothers’ adventuring days were over, and the betrayal and injuries left Vanya traumatised.
As if on cue, a letter arrived to inform her of the farmer’s passing…and that he had left the property to her. She was exasperated, angry…yet the timing offered her a much-needed escape.
Returning to the farm was hard at first. But slowly Vanya began to realise that she liked it there. She had to see the world, to realise how much she cared for the life she’d had.

Hestor (1/2): Hestor is a dhampir - born of the unwilling union between his human mother, Philomena, and a vampire lord. Despite his origins, Philomena was determined to give Hestor a loving and happy childhood. Her family did not see eye-to-eye with her on this, and tried to drown him as an infant, not aware of dhampirs’ breathless nature. Philomena knew she would have to run away to protect Hestor, and so she fled to a quiet, faraway village where nobody knew them. There, she earned a meagre living as a seamstress, using her money to buy livestock for Hestor to feed on (thankfully, he only craved the blood of animals) and keep them both sheltered. Though Hestor was a very shy child, Philomena did her best to acclimatise him to other people - making him ask for things himself at the store or say hello to the neighbours. Hestor on the other hand adores his mother, and was perfectly content with her attention alone…but he tried his best to speak up, since it made her happy. There were struggles unique to her son’s supernatural heritage to worry about too; he was very sensitive to the sun, and always sulked about going out in nice weather. The worst incident was when she caught him with one of the neighbor’s missing chicks - she had to educate Hestor that his vampirism wasn’t an excuse to steal or kill animals that don’t belong to them, no matter how bad his cravings were.
Hestor adored his mother with all his heart, which made it all the more tragic when she fell ill. Hestor cared by her bedside for month, picking up her workload to buy medicine and make her more comfortable. Unfortunately, there wasn’t anything that could be done, and she eventually passed away. Hestor was beside himself with grief, shutting himself away in their home for several days just to weep over her body. When he finally emerged, he didn’t interact with anyone in the village. He buried her, and then seemed to vanish again. Then…so did the neighbor’s chickens.

Hestor (2/2): Consumed by his emotions, Hestor found himself no longer in control of his cravings. He began to steal livestock and pets alike from the villagers, and it wasn’t long before he fell under their suspicion. An angry mob came to Hestor’s door, aiming to kill the monster living amongst them. Despite his supernatural abilities, Hestor wasn’t any sort of fighter. He panicked and tried to hide from the villagers, but they were out for blood. It was only thanks to his shapeshifting powers that he was able to transform into a wisp of smoke and sneak past their pitchforks.
Once Hestor finally reached the edge of the forest, he returned to his normal form, exhausted. He realised that he couldn’t live like this, being blamed and hunted by people for trying to satiate his endless thirst. Too scared to return to civilisation, Hestor survived by hiding in the farmlands dotted across the surrounding plains. By feeding on the animals, but never enough to kill them, he could sustain himself just enough to stay alive. He lived in this desperate manner for almost a decade, just drinking enough to keep himself alive and never any more. Any meaning for his existence had died alongside his beloved mother.
One day, he approached one of the newer farms held been visiting, preparing to drink from one of its sheep - until suddenly, he found himself caught in a trap. It had been laid by a farmer, a young, pale-blue tiefling woman named Vanya, who found himself snared amongst the ropes. However, though he’d already braced for her to simply kill him, she took pity. She offered to allow Hestor to live, and even continue to drink from her sheep, but he would have to work on the farm in return. Truthfully, this seemed too good to be true for Hestor, and he gladly agreed. Over time, he and Vanya grew close. They shared their past pains with each other, and eventually, they fell in love. Hestor and Vanya have since gotten married, and continue to run the sheep farm happily together.

OC-tober Day 7: Backstory Abner and Alma were together the day he ‘disappeared’ - and spent the following decades coping in their own ways 🩵 (More lore for both in the alt text!) #bweirdOCtober #bweirdOCtober2026 #oc #art #ocsky

As a child, Abner was a bit of a troublemaker. He loved getting up to no good, and his little sister Alma, who thought he was the coolest person in the world, would always tag along. However, Abner’s mischievous deeds eventually caught up to him - they were in a antiques/artifacts stall at the local artisan market, and tried to steal a fish-shaped brooch Alma had her eye on. However, the shop owner revealed herself as a word witch, who spitefully commanded that Abner ‘disappear’ - and he did, in every sense of the word. He woke up in a strange, unfamiliar town, and found that he’d become invisible.
After struggling through homelessness for a few months, a local butcher took pity on him and took Abner under his wing. By the time Abner was back on his feet and managed to work out where he was, he was far too ashamed to try and seek out his family again. Instead, he only sought to find a cure for his curse - trying to save enough money from his job to find a witch (or anyone able to help, really) he could pay to restore his appearance.

After Abner literally disappeared, Alma went into a state of shock. She somehow stumbled back home, but when she explained to her parents what happened and tried to show them the word witch’s tent, it was already long gone. For many years afterward, Alma would always question her own memory of exactly what happened. Though the rest of her family eventually concluded that Abner was long gone, probably no longer alive, Alma still desperately clung to her faith that he was out there. She would always wear a brave face around other people, and worked herself to the bone to become a professional athlete. In her mind, being someone in the public eye meant that she’d have a better chance of reaching out to her missing brother. She would always talk about him in press conferences or interviews, hoping Abner would see them and they could finally reunite. She never knew that he had been out there and aware for a long time, simply avoiding her for his own broken pride.

OC-tober Day 6: Strengths & Weaknesses Uriel isn’t a good leader - he’s shy, can’t stand up for himself well, and makes many mistakes. But he’s been thrust into leadership regardless. His strength lies in his perseverance; despite his many flaws, he keeps trying 💛 #bweirdOCtober #bweirdOCtober2026

Uriel was born into the ruling family of the Light Mages - they’ve fallen into decline in recent years, so while their legacy is foundational to magic itself, their dwindling wealth have left them with little respect from the other mage families. With the introduction of lightning mages came electrical goods, making the light mages’ innovations obsolete.

Uriel’s parents, who were both engineers, were on the precipice of reviving their family’s importance - they discovered a mineral that could absorb light magic and hold its illumination much longer and effectively than electric products, making them a more cost-effective solution. Unfortunately, it was realised too late that the mineral was incredibly harmful to humans (similar to magic radiation), and so the project not only failed, but both of Uriel’s parents passed away from the sickness contracted from their exposure (his dad quite quickly, and his mum after a few years).

Uriel was thus left to inherit the responsibility of leading the light mages family at only 15. Despite being raised with this in mind, he had never been a prodigal student. The sudden responsibility was overwhelming, and Uriel often cried in his room at the suffocating pressure he’d been shouldered with. Yet despite this, he never allowed himself to falter. He felt a sense of duty, to carry the torch his parents had bestowed on him, even if it was hard. He couldn’t give up on the dream they had died for, no matter what.

Over time, Uriel learns that it’s ok to rely on others and share your burden. Instead of trying to do everything himself and perceiving his inadequacies, he is able to find advisors and appoint experts to help achieve his parents’ vision together. Uriel’s friends made his realise that he didn’t have to carry the burden of restoring the legacy of the light mage family alone; that many of his fellow family members would also do everything in their power to bring that dream to fruition.

Bellamy was born into a shadowblade family - basically, the children have been trained as stealth agents for generations. They were always talented at the job, but yearned for a more exciting life. As a divine elf, they had the power to view other people’s memories by consuming their flesh (a little nibble will do!). Bellamy would use this gift to see what ‘normal’ lives were like, and what had brought joy to the enemy agents and guards they knocked out or killed on the job.
At some point, Bellamy saw a memory of the circus and became immediately enamoured. They abandoned their shadowblade work, and set out to discover what this mysterious place was and how they could become a part of it.
Bellamy is hyper-mobile, and love contorting themselves into weird poses. Despite the airheaded and carefree way they present themselves, they are actually pretty smart and switched on - often catching people off-guard.
As a divine elf, Bellamy’s lifespan is near-immortal. Their attitude towards death and mortality is rather whimsical; happy to have met you, sad that you’re gone but in the same way you’re sad when a vacation ends. More nostalgic than actual grief.

Noemi was born as a hag daughter - a night hag haunted her mother’s dreams whilst pregnant, and she was unknowingly cursed. Hag daughters appear like normal children until their 13th birthday, where they suddenly turn into a full-fledged hag. However, Noemi’s transformation was interrupted when, by pure chance, her hag mother was slain by some adventurers. This left Noemi half-changed, and her personality split. Though her original self is the main ‘host’, her hag self now resides in the eye on her forehead. Noemi has worked hard to maintain control of the evil persona, and is now usually able to keep it at bay during the day. But in the evening, when the night hag is most powerful, it will often wake up and take control of her body, leaving her to deal with the consequences in the morning. As preventative measures, Noemi will often sleep with an ankle cuff and muzzle, preventing the hag from casting spells or wandering off. Unfortunately the hag will still awaken and thrash about through the night, meaning Noemi often wakes up exhausted. She suffers from bouts of narcolepsy during the day, which can often become a hassle during inopportune moments. Noemi’s ultimate goal is to find a way to remove the hag-genes from herself for good, or at least seal them away permanently. When learning to manage her own situation, she gained a lot of healing knowledge that could also help other cursed individuals. Because of this, she travels the country as a specialist cleric, hoping that she can help others like her and also learn from their circumstances - maybe getting her closer to her own cure.

I don’t even have much to say this time because I literally have Constantine’s bio right here!!!! But I made him on a BG3 run with @Somyioki and have been obsessed ever since. Tragically I need to draw him more; I became really into commissioning him but now I fear I have more comm art of him than my own 🫣 He is strong baby 🩷 Also I feel like I’ve put Lester for this question a few years in a row now! Constantine hasn’t overtaken him per se, I just feel like the variety is more fun 😅 truthfully I have several favourites anyway, picking just one is hard!!

In my tiny 3-day window of being at home I finally managed to finish this picture! And it's...even more D&D OCs I'm so sorry 😅 But I had to get into Vanya's past a bit with her old adventuring party! There's Faolan, Vanya, Darcy and Leonidis - I'll put lore in the alt text! 💖 #oc #art #ocsky

Vanya (middle-left) is a tiefling orphan who was rescued and raised on a farm. She clashed a lot with her guardian (he's NOT a father figure to her) and craved more excitement in life, so she stormed off to become an adventurer. She responded to a job request for some hired muscle from brothers Faolan (older, left) and Darcy (younger, middle-right), two spoiled but well-meaning rich kids who are also on their first adventure since their father believes it'll help build character. Their party is completed by Leonidis (right), a more experienced bard who takes interest in their quest.

Unfortunately, this first quest also becomes their last - the group is eventually betrayed by Leonidis (though not personal, his harsh upbringing has made him self-serving and opportunistic), who leaves them to the mercy of a beholder. Faolan loses an eye, and Darcy is petrified protecting his brother from the blast. Vanya barely manages to defeat the monster, and a cure for Darcy is bought with their family's wealth, but it leaves him with a chronic condition called stone lung. The brothers' adventuring days are brought to an abrupt end, and the traumatic experience also scars Vanya's heart deeply - the reality of an adventurer's life was not what she had expected.
