Our cat also pees blood, and after two trips to the vet they figured out it was stress. Stress! Look at this thing. Where is the stress? Anyway, she has a special diet now and it's completely fixed the problem.

It is absolutely fitting that a city with ghost buses (not cancelled, not on the route, not on the board) should also have ghost leaks. I followed the water all the way back the source and it's just bubbling out of the ground. A thing that used to be considered a miracle, right here by the bus stop.
