Been playing a lot of animal crossing and I gotta say I love my character She simultaneously looks like a teddy bear and like a serial killer, I genuinely have no idea what's happening behind those eyes

There really is, I have a Casioak which I like a bit more, I think it looks classier, but I do like the square Seems Casio does too since they make fakes of the thing

Panja! @panja.bsky.social · 18/08/2026

It is, it has the option to use a different font for the numbers and it looks neat but I like the look of the 7-segment more, think it looks a little classier

The same watch but with the ""standard"" font which it ironically enough doesn't come with as standard

New watch This one I had to get imported from Japan as it's not sold in the US but I wanted a square gshock and felt this one was the finest they made

A GW-BX5600, a square Gshock with a memory in pixel display

Shoutout to Casio for being one of the only companies I know to make an homage of their own product Why lmao

A cheap casio watch, clearly imitating the form of the Gshock Square

Okay in the grand scheme of watches it's not that expensive but compared to a $30 casio it's ridiculous

Panja! @panja.bsky.social · 14/07/2026

There are analog watches that'll show you 24 hour time, usually field watches like this timex There are proper 24-hour analog watches and clocks but they're rare

Anyway this is what the front page of my watch looks like I could make it much denser, but I choose not to

My preference for analog is not out of any romanticism or hatred for quartz or digital technology, I do like digital However Let me show you something

A Casio Royale, showing the time 9:55 but by darkness

A Casioak, showing that same time but using lume to (albeit dimly) display that time, even in the dark

It's an shortening of an xbox live username that I made when I was like 10 by hitting the randomly generate button until I got something (I thought was) cool The original name I'm deeply embarrassed by but I *love* the name Panja, I wanna keep it forever
