Quick comic I also did in the waiting room (was there for more than 2 hours and feel even sicker than before, end me). Klausbert always tries to make his employees get along, but Manf and Draf Gracula just aren‘t gonna be buddies it seems 😔

In the second panel, Draf Gracula is jumping onto Manfred‘s arm, to both his and Klausbert‘s surprise.

In the third panel, Draf Gracula starts flying, leaving feces on Manfred‘s arm. Klausbert is shocked, Manfred pissed.

As little as Manf would like to admit it, he is/was a sucker for cheesy classic romance movies. Not for the stories per se, but for mentally indulging himself in the intimacy, comfort and (somewhat) unconditional love that was portrayed. He lacked those things in real life growing up big time.

Manf doesn’t for the longest time. His mother didn’t want him to be able to and he never really saw a need to personally. He will however change his mind in his early 30s, both to motivate his daughter to learn it too and to be able to help her in case she gets in danger when in the waters.

Klausbert wont be referring to Manf as „sien jung“ (his boy) in the main story. Out of respect for his boundaries. But Manf doesn’t know because noone has respected his boundaries before like ever.

In the second panel Manfred is looking pissed, saying „I am not ‚dien jung‘! Who the fuck do you think you are?!“, to which Klausbert responds to with „Aye!“.

In the third panel, playing one week later, Manfred is getting greeted by Klausbert in the store again, this time with „Moin, Manfred!“.

In the fourth panel, Manfred is looking panicked, chewing on his fingernails and thinking „He‘s not calling me ‚sien jung‘?! Fuck he must be ANGRY at me! There can‘t be a different reason for him to stop with the words of affection! Am I…gonna lose my job????“.

Going through old doodles while in the waiting room, I found my Labskaus demon(?) from 2022. I also came up with another Labskaus-themed OC the other day that you might meet soon, I think they should team up.

I was strolling around in Altona yesterday and found this „cave“, which immediately made me think of putting Ernie in jail again. So, here‘s a little photo + doodle that took me longer than I‘d like to admit.
