My biggest advice for people just starting as a sole proprietor is to just get that fucking disability insurance. None of us planned to become disabled and yet here we are. There's nothing below me to catch the inevitable fall.

When closing my curtains last night, there was an absolute unit of a spider on them. I was startled so my temples tensed up, felt like a vibration. I guess that's what Spider-Sense feels like?

I'm gonna be promoting my commissions and art a WHOLE lot more. To ditch my Subscribestar, I'd need $300 a month. I don't mind working for my big client since they're respectful and pay well, but I don't want to be this financially dependent on them anymore. So the aim would be $1000. We'll see.

I'm noticing a shift in attitude from DMS on the NSFW side of things. Almost like they came to a small artist because they were expecting commissions to be almost free. I've been told a few times they'd just "download my art and have [slop] generate it instead". I think I'm done.

Fun fact, if you haven't read volume/season 1, you can still jump in, the story is largely self contained and references enough to the first season to know what's going on. A story of a femboy prince on a mission to save his hero fiance with his old part members so they can make it to their wedding
