Jennifer Hedger Earlier this year I met with @BradMBradford I have lived in Toronto for 25 years. For the past 5, the city has been in a steep decline. Crime. Open drug use. Gridlock. Garbage. Safety concerns on the TTC. It didn't used to be like this. Toronto can return to being a thriving city but it begins with leadership. We need a serious Mayor. Get out and vote.

Conservatives always use the 'top marginal rate' as a (false) proxy for the overall tax rate. This reveals their allegiance to those who PAY that top marginal rate (a small share of the population). BC's tax rates for low- and middle-income people are among the lowest in Canada. /3

Remember when Horgan called a snap election? People were pi**ed. Like, we've got enough to deal with without using energy this way. But most people will accept that it's been called and will carry on. NDP MLAs have no intention to sink the movement over disagreements.
