Here’s a few questions I have about this new announcement from Trump. 1. Russian has had to lower the specs on their fuel to increase demand. Can we even use their diesel? 2. The US doesn’t lack refining capacity, this decree would bypass them and hurt domestic refining, which will piss them off.

EU ambassadors have agreed on a 22nd sanctions package against Russia. It will target legal entities and individuals associated with the country's military-industrial complex. These include ballistic missile manufacturers, such as the 9M723 for the Iskander-M system, Reuters reports , citing three European diplomats.

The restrictions will target manufacturers of specialized textiles, synthetic fibers, and carbon fibers used in various missile systems. The EU also plans to extend the sanctions to drone manufacturers and shipyards servicing submarines. The list will also include 77 politicians who participated in elections in the new regions.
In total, the list will include over 1,600 new organizations and individuals, according to the agency's sources. The EU Council of Foreign Ministers will decide on new sanctions on October 12.

Residents of many Russian regions are complaining of cold in their apartments, despite the start of the heating season. According to him, one of the main reasons is the critical deterioration of utility networks, which in some places has reached 90%. It is noted that the head of state has received numerous congratulations from the heads of international organizations and representatives of socio-political circles.

Putin has already received congratulations from Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev , Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan , Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko , Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian , and Kazakh leader Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. Commuter trains on long-distance routes on the Savelovsky line to Moscow and the surrounding region were delayed while assistance was provided. The delay is approximately one hour and 30 minutes.

Moscow Railways apologizes to passengers for the inconvenience and is doing everything necessary to restore trains to their schedule.

A state of high alert has been declared in the northern Krasnoyarsk region due to food shortages.

Moscow. October 7. INTERFAX.RU - The Evenki Autonomous Okrug administration announced it has declared a state of high alert in the village of Tura and other settlements in the Ilimpiysky group in northern Krasnoyarsk Krai due to food shortages.

"In Tura and the villages of Ilimpija, by decree of the Evenkia administration (...) a regime (...) of 'high alert' has been introduced," the statement reads.

This is due to the lack of shipping on the Nizhnyaya Tunguska River and limited supplies of vegetables, fruits, milk, and eggs. Local stores stock canned vegetables, fish, and meat, cereals, flour, sugar, salt, pasta, and meat products.
