Two years ago, by chance we got a culinary herb from Italy called Stridolo (Silene inflata). We live in the coastal woodlands of Sonoma County, California., and this seems to love our climate. I use this in pasta, and would love to hear more from people in Italy who use it regularly. #FoodSky
