Played Mlem: Space Agency and it was sucha simple, fun game. Dice-rolling is involved but you still need to be strategic in your choices, so it's not too based on luck and you still get some no situations from the random factor. Like blowing up in the vacuum of space. #boardgame #boardgames

It's great to see some older franchises have great new movies coming out, even surpassing the original stuff in quality. Besides Mad Max, I'd say that Predator movies have been great. Prey became my fave, and it wasn't even close! I mean, I liked the first two Predators, but I just LOVED Prey.

Yesterday we finished our Mad Max movies rewatch, which also included watching Furiosa for the first time and a very nice surprise. I thought I'd enjoy it, but it ended up being much better than expected, and apart from Fury Road, it's my fave, along with Mad Max 2 - it's a tie for 2nd place.

If anyone wants to play with this stuff, there’s a survival _game_ by @hinterland.bsky.social called “The Long Dark” set in northern Canada it drops you into the woods in basically decent light winter street clothes. If you’re unlucky & it starts you at night, you’re unlikely to make it to morning.

So, The Ramen Experiment™️, ended up kinda working out. I mean it wasn't fantastic, but I learned a lot. The eggs were actually great, considering they were only marinated for a couple of hours. The black mushrooms were a disappointment - maybe I prepped them wrong. Anyway, something to improve. 🍜

Finished Priory of the Orange Tree by Samantha Shannon.🍊🐉 This was my second read, almost 4 years later. I enjoyed it even more than the first time. I read that the author still has a couple of ideas for books in this universe. I can't wait to read them when they are published. 5/5 ⭐ #booksky

Since Battlestar Galactica ended in 2009 I hadn't really added a TV show to my 'Hall of Fame' of TV series which I will rewatch from beginning to end repeatedly, with no problem. Yesterday, that changed when Stranger Things became the 5th on that list. I loved it from the beginning to the end.
