Oh slide, 100%. They're basically slouchy socks. I'm a very loose ribbing knitter and I ignored the naggy voice in my head that told me to go down to US0 or even 00 for the cuff. I also used up every last yard but couldn't knit them quite as tall as the pattern called for, which would've helped too.
