IMILIA is accepted at COMPAYL, MICCAI 2026. Our interpretable MIL framework predicts IBD inflammation from H&E WSIs, and HistoPLUS quantifies the cells in each slide's top-scoring tiles. Used directly as risk scores, those counts reach ROC-AUC up to 0.97. arxiv.org/abs/2512.13440
