He wants you to know, he likes your work. He wants you to keep drawing. But not like this, taking heavily from other people and saying you did it. Inspiration is a thing. He sees the style as different, and the characters are interesting, and as said, he's willing to let the 'inspo' go.

some more recent work of mine, here's a character I'm playing in a Zelda themed homebrew campaign for Pathfinder 2e! her name's Lottie, and she's a follower Fairy Queen. she wants to become a Great Fairy and snag her own fountain but her ambitions are far too big for her ✨ also she wants your money

Her garments are gradient shades of white and seafoam green, with dark green bloomers and stockings. She has translucent lilac wings with a golden pattern similar to butterfly wings.
