Before I left for CCE, I whipped up this big pot of black beans; we were potlucking a little (Lizzy brought soup!) since we can't always make staff suite Unfortunately, while we did have a rice cooker, nobody brought rice 😅 Finally tonight i enjoyed my rice and beans, with fajita'd leftover chicken.

god i really need to go back to Dollywood now for real, she poured her love and spirit into this park; between the (surprisingly awesome) rides, it's a celebration of music, family, nature, conservation, craftsmanship, whimsy... the place genuinely connects you to Dolly on a way i never expected
