I saw bits of interview that Tucker Carlson did with Jacob Rees Mogg and it was an interesting watch to see how Rees Mogg schools him on basics. It's of course hardly an achievement to prove Carlson wrong, but Rees Mogg talking sense is something I never saw before.

Haha. I like Radek Sikorski. Journo: will trump end war with Iran? Sikorski: he already ended it 40 times. Journo: but will he end it 41th time? Sikorski: that's for Iran to decide :)

Someone just DM'd me asking that i delete my post about the closure of shipping lanes near Helsinki as "if I can't confirm what's happening then I look like I am not a credible source". Dude, if you are expecting a shitpost from a random guy on the internet to be a credible source, it's on you.

I am hearing that ferry traffic from Helsinki to Tallin had been suspended due to some activity in the sea. Rumour has it there is stand off between Russians being up to no good and and Finnish coastal guard. Have no way to verify this. But something is definitely up:

Years ago in Poland some mum's group tried to start a campaign in the media to tell people "if the car has baby on board sticker and it is swerving all over the road, be understanding as this is mum driving and she needs to tend to her baby.

I was thinking that maybe I'd try to negotiate: "now let us watch the movie and then wait for us in foyer in case someone wants to listen to your story" but somehow I doubt she'd go for it. I believe it was a stunt to show NAZA cinemagoers as antisemites. But this trick is so worn out by now...

...steal someone's cinema viewing they paid money for. Just as being descendants of the victims of Holocaust does not give anyone right to steal someone's land or commit genocide. I see why it might be a hard concept for Zionist Israelis to grasp, but this is how it is. I'd boo her too.

Good news everyone, not everything is more expensive because of Brexit. My GF is now in England and Moomin plushies there are about 1/3 cheaper than in Finland. Actually, Moomin swag EVERYWHERE is cheaper than in Finland. Maybe I should start a business importing them from Poland? :)

Yeah. But at least the ETA was real, it was not a total scam, so she has not been detained at Stansted and deported after spending a week in some concentration camp as happened to some people I used to know once.

My girlfriend just got scammed by some website that pretended to be UK govt website, but charges 104 pounds for ETA. I asked if she didn't though it's too much. She said "no, Britain always has ridiculous fees for all beaurocratic procedures". Well, she is not wrong... But we're still angry.

So how it's supposed to work in the best country in the world? If they manage to save her, will they execute her right then again with different method? Or will she be in the death row awaiting unsuspension of death penalty to go for another try? Option three would be to let her go as you can't

Well, we have almost million Ukrainian refugees in Poland now, that's over a fifth of all Ukrainian refugees in Europe. And that's on the top of all those Ukrainians who were here before as economic migrants. And of course we have some refugees from other countries too. So there's that. :)
