For my Black Mermaid Urban Romantasy I took inspiration from these four Fictional couples when creating and developing the MCs James and Kiani. If you see an overarching theme let me know. Can't wait to share their story. Release Date: Eventually.... Happy Valentines Day! #Booksky

As authors as much as we complain/joke about having to do in-depth research for very brief scenes, it's really cool and fun (at least for me) to do deep dives into topics, cultures, nature, and biology that I never considered, took for granted, or just never knew about at all. #Booksky

Got some new followers and faces so I figure it's time for a proper introduction of my work. I'm Omari, author of the Kimoni Legacy: Initiation. Here is the cover and the tropes and this thread will be a basic overview of the book. Hope you enjoy 1/6 #booksky

New here. Have no idea how any of this works. But I'm Omari, I'm an author. And here is my book, "The Kimoni Legacy: Initiation" available now on my author website and Amazon. That's all for now. #Indieauthor

Any other authors/artists get so burned out after creating social media content, you have nothing left for your actual draft/project?

Authors: I need to write! (Stares at blank word document wondering what to write) Authors: I should post on social media (Stares at screen wondering what to post) Authors: I should read (Stares at page thinking they should be writing) Rinse and repeat until a manuscript arrives on the desk
