I'd prefer to advocate for total desegregation of bathrooms (fully enclosed stalls), but that would force conservative men to not only admit they're predators, but more challengingly... that anyone is capable of stopping them from predating on women when the whole community is watching.

My classical (post-Romantic specifically) ears hear this and recognize that the legacy of the 20th century was the transition to jazz and that the 21st century could be the fusion of jazz-classical. A few more spaces in melody and dissonances in harmony, and this begins to approach classical.
