Friends with #me/cfs, etc. What tips/tricks do you have for days when you absolutely have to do the things? I have a coffee date (which I cannot cancel again) and then a 4-hour rehearsal this evening, and I still need to shower (IYKYK). 😣 TIA for any advice! I’d love some new tips. 🙏🏽 #chronicillness
