#cooksky 🍽️🍜 Last night’s shortbread-ish cakes. Made with yoghurt-almond cake base because I didn’t feel like making biscuits. Also, normalize imperfection!

Yoghurt-almond cake with berries and a lot of whip cream on a plate that is painted with berries on a wood table.

5/6 success! 5 of the cake-cup almond cakes came out perfect. The last, less so. On a rack on a wood table.
