iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

I LOVE planners and apps and such but I realized that just a good old notebook and systems I like are better for me so I can customize as I wish. Apps don't feel good for me as I like to write things myself and color code like crazy and draw on them.

The steps are a bit simplified since I need more extra steps sometimes and it's not noted, but they're more general steps so I know I'm advancing well and that I can release them soon.

Oni @onidraws.bsky.social · 12m

Out of all my projects, I wrote around 10 of them and made half of those so far. The next half would be nice if I release them by november and I'm not sure I'll be able to, but I'll do my best. I do not want to rush things either but it would be cool for the end of the year festivities.

How I do not get overwhelmed at least with my projects is that I note everything as brainstorm on the phone or notebook and this year I made a project list with all the products I want to release. It goes like in that picture:

A fragment of a page with a project called Fray job stones, next is written "100%" then at the bottom:

1. Design + stability ✅
2. Keychain ✅
3. Special chain ✅
4. Photos ✅
5. Listing ✅

It's something I've thought about before when they go on about genAI "democratizing art" or whatever. Art has always been democratized, with free online resources it's more accessible than ever. What they ACTUALLY mean is "a shortcut to the clout/admiration artists get without having to do the work"

I know it's been months I'm saying this but I really can't wait to release those new collections and I hope people will like it! They'll definitely fit a winter/christmas theme so that's cool! I never know if they will be liked but all I can do is release them in the wild and see.

If you left a review on Etsy on my products, thank you so much! It really means a lot to have feedback and know that my little things are liked! I'll do my best to release more jewelry and job stones 💪💖

I cannot ship to the EU except for France, Germany and The Netherlands due to the ppwr law, but the rest of the world is ok too. I appreciate a lot the orders I got, making customs is very special and I'm glad my clients love them as well ❤️

Oni @onidraws.bsky.social · 52m

Maybe it's time to promote this again, but there's two remaining slots and I might close commissions at the end of the month because I absolutely need to work on the next products for Christmas, so I'll reopen in January!

Yeah that's what I did when I had booths! I mainly shared with someone! I was just wondering if I could do the smaller conventions alone haha

True, I'm just not a fan of crowds and as a visitor it's awful lol

Its kinda wild seeing corporate management just obliterating the gates that keep them relevant ; namely the assurance that customers are getting quality products made with all the resources and institutional knowledge a corporation entails

Autumn begins to show its colors. My September lino print depicts a bronze dragon as it lifts into the sky, with branch-like horns and fluttering leaves in its wake. This was quite an experiment! I learned a lot on this one. www.kamakru.com/prints/lino-... #linoprint #linocut

A 5x7 inch lino print sitting in a yellow bush. A bronze colored dragon flies upward with leaves flowing behind it. The dragon and leaves are dark bronze, and there is a circle around the dragon's head and shoulders like a sun or moon. The circle is in bright vivid gold. There are some marks on the dragon's lower wing and feet where I had to make edits with a brush, and the texture difference makes it noticeable. Signed Katie Croonenberghs, Titled Autumn, limited edition run of 31 prints. Text reads kamakru.com

the year is 2030 and i no longer consume anything that isn't personalized to me. every game, every book, every movie extends to the limits of my own imagination and no further. i haven't been surprised in five years. i cry softly, in bewilderment, if i see a word i don't know

I can't handle spiders but I had to know which one is the biggest one because I had to know and apparently it's 30 cm long and I'm dying from the inside now. Also I muted the word spider so this post will be in the void forever.
