wisdom of the snake

you know that's bullshit, right?
you totally can make an omlette
without breakin' any eggs

you drill a tiny hole in both ends
and blow the insides out
shell stays completely intact

pack it with the right kinda chemicals
and you got a cheap little
kit-bashed splash grenade
useful for all kinds of quick and dirty jobs

savathun acts all smart cuz she's old
and killed a lot of people
and that's true and all but
she don't know shit about eggs

Cradle Song

Sing a song of Vengeance
A bucket full of Hive
Seven eggs of Riven
Are still alive

When the eggs were opened
The Whims began to sing
Wasn't that a dainty dish
For the Taken King

Savathun was lying
Thinking she was funny
Mara Sov was trying
To be dragon mummy

Oryx on the Dreadnaught
Is so very dead
Be good whims or Eris Morn
Will chop off your head

Ovophobia Aunor Mahal has a draconic experience. Tumblr: www.tumblr.com/imonthemooni... Ao3: archiveofourown.org/works/64956184 One of 4 pieces I did for @onelastwishzine.bsky.social #destiny2 #destinythegame #d2writing #destiny2art #onelastwishzine #onelastwishvol2 #erismorn #thedrifter

Image of text:
She could feel it: the antagonism, the malice and, above all, the hunger. Aunor took another step back and her foot slipped in the curve of a broken eggshell the size of a dinner plate. She fell and scrambled, crab-like, on all fours, desperately trying to put space between her and the pack of small dragons slowly approaching her.
They were apex predators and she was defenseless prey.

[Unforeseen Obstacles] #onelastwishzine #onelastwishvol2

A large dragon-like creature called an ahamkara looms over a couple of Vex (both creatures from the game Destiny).
The background is an overgrown section of Venus (as depicted in the game, not like the real planet) with several more vex peeking.
The ahamkara has a weasel-like face and feathery wing-like appendages surrounding it. It is colored primarily blue and magenta, with gold accents.

(Additionally, the ahamkara and one of the vex in here are ocs!)

My piece for the #onelastwishvol2 zine! I don't get to paint with watercolors so this was a nice change of pace. [ tags ] #art #watercolor #watercolorart #traditionalart #destiny2art #rivenofathousandvoices #riven

9x12 Inch Watercolor, 140 lb paper
Watercolor Paints, Black Ink, Colored Pens

An Okami-styled Riven. Her tentacle tips are brush shaped instead of huge talons and the tip of her tail also splits into 3 brushes. The watchtower from the Reef is also seen behind her.

Be careful what you Wish for, warlock... My piece for #onelastwishvol2, my warlock KC as an Ahamkara! I had a lot of fun turning my boy into a void dragon :3 Check out the hashtag to see everyone's work!!!! #destiny2art #onelastwishzine

A large aqua dragon stands menacingly in a dark amethyst covered room. It has a dark purple mane that extends down its back to its tail. It has large, glowing purple antlers, and seven glowing aqua eyes. It appears to be charging up a breath weapon attack, void flavor.
