That's how I always ran my servers/circles then and now. I've always reserved the right to kick, ban, etc anyone for any reason. Rules are there to state things clearly. Being a turd is globally recognizable, and requires no broken rule to warrant a ban.

Discord gave us the gift of AI integration as something that is now integral to the user experience. It's not optional. There is no opt out. There's no notification that AI bots have been installed into your server at all, or that user data is being piped through 3rd party servers.

I have a love/hate relationship with TTRPGs. The rules are often obtuse and in some cases require a PhD to unpack and perform. I like building narrative, getting people to ACTUALLY RP, and in the D&D hemisphere, treating rules more like guidelines. The diplomatic approach fixed a lot for me. x3
