![A printed, Fallout-themed “Enclave Citation Notice” hangs from a yellow shirt with a blue ribbon partly visible on the left. The notice is styled like a government form with a small Enclave-style logo at the top left. It reads:
“UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
DEPARTMENT OF PURITY ENFORCEMENT
RAVEN ROCK MOUNTAIN COMPLEX, PA
ENCLAVE CITATION NOTICE”
Top right small text: “FORM ENCL-V2A / ISSUED BY D.O.P.E.”
Main body text:
“SUBJECT NAME: European Commonwealth / Western Europe
VIOLATION(S): Not surviving long enough to help us in the Great War against the Red Menace.
PENALTY ISSUED: Pay back the Marshall Plan.
DEPARTMENT COMMENTARY: Next payment of [2,000,000,000,000] dollars (adjusted for inflation) due in 24 hours.
THOUGHT OF THE DAY: Technically all vault dwellers were born under U.S. soil, not ON it, so aren’t citizens under the 14th Amendment, and therefore don’t have rights. In conclusion, the Enclave did nothing wrong.”
Tiny footer text: “FOR THE LOVE AND ATOM, THIS IS AN IN-UNIVERSE JOKE. NICE COSPLAY AND/OR VIBES. EVERY CITATION IS DIFFERENT, CONSIDER THIS CRITICISM SUBSTANTIATED???? JOIN THE ENCLAVE DISCORD AT …” The final URL is too small and blurry to read clearly.](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:i7spj3zar7fr7ymo5wh6zyuc/bafkreihtn4lng6k6x5y5dx3gai3z2hxztjflqposm6gmhhvhuxw7ntp37m)
