Sometimes I feel like a punching bag. My boss reprimanded me at the start of the day - for good reason but still - and it just fouled me up. I just feel incompetent in their eyes, like I can’t ever do anything right.

It’s hard to describe the weight on your shoulders when you realize a loved one has been gone, that they’ve been gone for a while. Birthdays, holidays, weddings, they have a vacuum where the loved one is supposed to be. I love you, Dad. I miss you still. 💛

Lordy, this one hurts. I met Peter Cullen at GalaxyCon Richmond a couple years ago. He was such a kind soul, a gem amongst gems. He made time for every person in line. His voice acting has inspired so many, myself included. Through his longevity & heart, his legacy will remain.

I’m absolutely gutted. One of my favorite roles was his turn as Dr. Morocco in “Transformers Rescue Bots”. Though only for the first 4 episodes of the character’s tenure, his portrayal, complete with quiet menace, is the one I remember most fondly. Rest in peace, Tim Curry 💛

That’s the thing about low self-esteem, about depression, about it all - All it takes is one “You can’t do this,” one “You don’t have what it takes,” - it wipes out all of the affirmations, all of the heartened support, all exclamations of “I believe in you!” …if I let it.
