This thing has been secure & hidden deep within in this car's trunk for 2+ years, with me hoping to be able to afford the $400 repair cost for it some day, and the moment I let them take care of the car, it suddenly disappears. Either the shop was being extremely negligent, or is being dishonest.

I may have signed a contract stating they're not responsible for stolen property while it's under their watch, but I'm extremely suspicious about it being some random person digging through my car for so long without ever being noticed, and leaving it unlocked would be extremely naive for them.

I have no idea how to approach them about it going missing, honestly. I'm generally timid, & they've been doing a bit of a good job at making me feel like I've inconvenienced them by not committing to the repair after several weeks. But it was def stolen from deep inside while under their watch.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean? The filter is all CSS & SVG filters. JS is being used to dynamically drive the variables without manually setting up keyframes, but again, that can be swapped out for just CSS keyframes. beta.ompu.co/experiments/...
