Made that viral dumpling lasagna thing. It was very good and I ate it for the next 4 days straight. I used several different recipes, since I had to make it veg, and, like, cooking fundies, so no recipe to share on this one.

Braised cabbage, and despite how it looks, it was hella good. Second photo is a quick version I threw together the following day. I definitely recommend you cut that cabbage into 8ths rather than 4ths for more caramelization and char.

Microwave tofu with soy sauce and butter and cashew noodles from Friday. The pasta was dogshit and asked me to fry the cashews WAY too long, but it's oddly better after a few days?? It was our first flop which isn't surprising considering the reviews. Would recommend making tofu like this tho.
