Haven’t given up pasta yet, but down 30 pounds and under 200 for the first time since 2019

I’m not a huge Scheana fan but I am vowing that next year, 2026, I will be in the top 1% of people who streamed Good as Gold on my Spotify Wrapped #vpr #goodasgold #spotifywrapped

I’m going to try to use Bluesky more often. I recently deleted my personal TikTok and trying to see how this is

I had a full blown panic attack for the first time since being sober (a little over 18 month) and I used to just run to the bottle but today I did even think about drinking. It wasn’t a fun experience, obviously, but I’m proud of myself for not thinking about alcohol during it

I have been unironically using Scheanas ✨it’s all happening✨ since summer and it really is all happening

Is Big Brother Bluesky a thing??? Season 27 is off to a great start and I deleted my Twitter. This is my first no Twitter Big Brother since I started watching the show 10 years ago

The fact that Britney can’t even trust Jax to kiss Cruz is so sad. This isn’t even a fun watch, Jax is legitimately fucked up. I really got Brit and Cruz get away from him and can thrive and grow away from his abusive ass

1/ I never took DHS's scary-sounding notice that I had 7 days to leave the country too seriously, because it was obviously some kind of mistake. But what about the people the emails were actually aimed at? Let's talk a bit about immigration "parole" and what Trump is doing here

Bernie Sanders made an appearance at Coachella to introduce Clairo. "The future of what happens to America is dependent on your generation. Now, you can turn away and you can ignore what goes on, but if you do that, you do that at your own peril.” Love this dude!

Still sick, but no fever at all today 🙌🏻 I lost 7 pounds in 4 days from not being able to eat/the fever. Today my breakfast consisted of a Maruchan ramen broth packet

Is it just me or has the last 24 hours of U.S news been particularly ominous, even by the standards of the last 3 weeks? Feels like the wheels are coming off the bus even faster than I’d assumed.

The United States Military Academy has just eliminated all Cadet clubs and activities for POC. Most of these have existed for decades like the Society of Black Engineers. They were there when I was a Cadet in 1987. All of the religious ones remain. This isn’t DEI. It’s white Christian Nationalism.

A memo listing all of the clubs eliminated by USMA.

I like can’t talk to drunk people anymore. Well, I can, but I just get so disinterested in the conversation when I realize someone is drunk. Like baby you’ve told me this story 5 times in the last hour, I do not care.

"He can't do that." Well, shit, he couldn't if these MFers would stop obeying in advance the moment he issues some bullshit executive order that isn't remotely constitutional. Yeah, he owns the Supreme Court, but it will take TIME to get to the point, and no reason to obey before then. JFC.

Bad news and good news. Bad things are happening, but we can clearly see that now. The veil has been lifted, which gives us an opportunity to make informed choices. We can educate ourselves, act, create, PLAN, and love our neighbors. (No need to waste energy arguing with others.) We can do this.
