My cardiologist, rather his PA, because doctors are now too busy to see patients, cited my suddenly bad cholesterol numbers and suggested a modified Mediterranean diet. So I quickly got a Michael Angelo 3 cheese lasagna. Hey it's Italian & better than mine. Now I'm searching for some good cannoli.

At our No Kings rally in sun city center fl there were about 14 MAGA folks staging a counterprotest and about 1,200 to 1,400 of us. 8 million estimated this year. If the elections were held next week Trump &his band of thieves would be out on their asses. Trump isnt worried, but his cronies are.
