Why is SAI framed as the solution to the air pollution-cooling dilemma? A student of ours modelled and found that temperature anomalies resulting from a reduction of China and India’s AQSLCFs under SSP3-7.0 might be negated by a 0.05% reduction in global carbon emissions! Is SRM more realistic?
