Driving through Tennessee this weekend, I saw two signs for "ivermectin without a prescription". Apparently TN is one of 4 states that made it available in 2022. Not sure if the person that bought those billboards can't afford to update them, or if ivermectin is still big business in TN in 2026.

Our guy Leroy developed diabetes when he was 9 years old and received injections twice daily until he passed away at 18. He was a trooper 100% of the time, and it blew my mind. Now, most mornings and evenings at around 7, I feel like I'm forgetting something, and remember why, and get a little sad.
