This might be a less laughable condition if France could provide a direct analog to the F-35 or something better. Especially if said jets are meant to serve as carriers of shared nuclear weapons, and thus would presumably require the survivability of a stealth platform.

Minnesota IS an open carry state if you have a permit, and Minneapolis says he had a permit to carry. Even if he didn't, possession of a firearm is not cause for execution on the street.
