My latest review for @gamersocialclub.ca is up and it’s the excellent Well Dweller by @kylethompsondev.bsky.social (of Crypt Custodian fame) I had such a blast with it, you have to play it when it releases tomorrow, on everything (and Game Pass!)

Yes!!! My latest review is Twisted Tower by the legend that is @thomasbrush.bsky.social He’s created a super fun and creepy game with massive inspiration from one of the best games ever, Bioshock! You should be checking it out

I put 120+ hours into this game and I feel like I saw everything it had to offer in the first 10. There’s a lot to like but my god is there a lot to get infuriated at lol

I’ve said this since the PS2 days, Sony (or any mega corp.) aren’t your friends and they want to make all the money they can

Boy oh boy, some folk are going to really struggle with their console warring. The death of physical media is going to ruin the UK Charts that they use for their nonsense 🤣

I’m so glad we don’t cover rumours at @gamersocialclub.ca We know there’s some rough stuff coming from Xbox but the constant changing position with the rumours is exhausting. Know that when there is ACTUAL news, we’ll have it covered 😁

@museband.bsky.social have long been my favourite band and they always continue to blow my mind with a wealth and variety of such well made music. The Wow! Signal is their latest album and a stone cold banger

Gonna put it out there, I’d rather fresh water and cheaper consoles than shitty looking graphics and stunted intellects

I don’t understand why people care about XBOX showing other platforms that a game is coming out on during their showcase? Isn’t it better if a game is coming out on other things there’s transparency, XBOTS in denial doesn’t stop that game releasing on another platform

My wife saw a lot of people playing Psalm 2 on her doom scrolling and decided she wanted me to play it with her cowering in the background…so we did! youtu.be/i628bbN7djA?...

Ah cheers dude, thanks for reading and glad you enjoyed it. I’ve not played every title I included, still need to do Tell Me Why and Hindsight, but felt the titles lined up with the sections, they weren’t ranked. There’s some cracking story games though. Loved true colours most recently

I don’t see it as a horror myself, the creatures are a bit eerie for sure but not full blown horror (well I don’t think it is) - it is awesome either way
