I don't know if it's hand-me-down traits, the geographic isolation/insulation of the Soo, or just learned behaviour from Being Online, but... There are a LOT of Gen Z that I interact with daily who carry some SERIOUS intolerance, be it race, gender roles/identity, or social station. Woof.

As much as I like this move for the Leafs, you have to think Columbus is feeling pretty good about the result. They got a legit top 6 winger on a very good contract. Trades don't usually go this well for the "have not" team with a disgruntled young star.

As frustrating as all of the pitching injuries have been, the Jays were doomed by a below-replacement-level offence. That has to be addressed in the off-season. I wouldn't be mad if Schneider got another year, but...meh. Need to make sure all the 2025 momentum isn't totally pissed away though.
