For others reading this: I've known Candace since 2008(?9?). Back in 2011, I nearly died from my drinking. My usual in a night was 4-6 Jack & Cokes plus 2 or 3 shots. More on party nights. I was a monster. I'm an alcoholic who just passed 15yrs sober.

You've got this! Part of it is also not living with the pain/discomfort you've had, & are still expecting. Now add quitting drinking but still going to the bars to hang with friends for karaoke & that's my 2011. There's several reasons my life imploded back then.

2/Some people needed rides to cars or get things, so I started driving people because it was raining a bit. It was some big thing. I didn't get a ticket, or cause an accident. I realized I was making excuses. So, that was my last drink. At 5am I will be 15yrs sober. My first instinct was a drink
