At this point I was still willing to negotiate a solution for what had happened. Below shows that they were still active after I had sent the messages through Instagram AND VGen 140

VGen also said they would attempt to reach out to the artist. 140

Because of this, I reached out to VGen support to see if I could get a refund. Unfortunately, PayPal’s refund window passed and so I wasn’t going to get the money back unless the artist sent it. 140

However, when the delivery date passed I waited a couple days before reaching out. 140

I was given the estimated turnaround date of anywhere from January to June of 2026, but because they had previously delivered on two other comms I was not worried about the long wait time. 150
