In another, calmer life, I think I would've been one hell of a basic bitch. I'm talking farmhouse in a field somewhere, with a houseplant-filled sunroom that doubles as a library, pumpkin spice coffee, buried under comforters to ward off the fall frost. That sounds pretty nice today.

Admiral: “This unit must be mistaken as any unit that cannot self maintain must be decommissioned. Does this unit wish to be… decommissioned?”

My dryer has a smart-drying feature where it detects the level of damp in the load and cuts out early in response to save power. This distresses me. I need an option called "I'm showering and I want warm pants when I'm done" Except I'm not sure that would fit on the label.
