Netflix Recommend. #PursuitofJade It’s subtitled, hopefully Season 2 won’t be, but reading it doesn’t affect the drama. 40 episodes to get your teeth into. Great costumes,drama, intrigue,romance & a heroine! Lots online re: storyline etc but I rate it better than Bridgerton. Give it a go!

Old fashioned tasting Moorpark Apricot jam & pate done. Small batch of apricot chutney to go. Apricots are low in pectin. 1st batch a bit runny, 2nd batch added Hansell’s Jam setting product, subbed lemon juice for water, firmer & quicker to make. #kikorangi

I finally got some decent swan plants this year and at last the caterpillars have come (2). I think the birds maybe picking them off - probably a bit silly planting them near the bird bath. These 2 are quite big so hoping they make it to chrysalis stage! 🌱🇳🇿

Hooting through the Bathwash recently? We stopped blaming each other and found the pump was pushing more out. A nice little fix. A rubber band around the pump as shown will reduce the squirt. Cheaper living everybody 🇳🇿

Māori “threat” to Affordable 3 Waters was minimal. The terrifying governance was at a tier that acknowledged our partnership but was not at ownership or managerial level. Many mayors didn’t even bother to check the lies inspite of being told. They failed their ratepayers big time. #nzpol

Another awesome tip from the kitchen. White spirits to melt even the most stubborn glue manufacturers use to keep wretched labels on. Tried eucalyptus, meths, scrub, detergent but white spirits melted it. Try not to get it in inside of jar. Must wash jar after. You’re welcome 🥰 #kikorangi 🇳🇿

Did you not get that Nats & Act didn’t want the anti-privatisation clauses in 3waters? Would not agree to it. Labour Govt wrote to all #nzpol parties that April asking if they would put anti-privatisation clause in well before there was an attempt to get the entrenchment clause in by back door?
