Marcel Buchhorn, VITO, explored the benefits of publishing your algorithm as a service, such as on-demand production, long-term maintenance and upscaling to a global level. A discussion on who has an interest in creating a service from the developed algorithm products followed. ⚙️

The University of Zurich team introduced uncertainty propagation to better track error margins in ecological data. 🏔️ Followed by an "Uncertainty-Aware Biodiversity Demo" using real-world data from the Swiss Alps, the session focused on building resilient modelling tools for the future. ✨
